The application provides users with a view of their electronic prescriptions (eRecepty), electronic vouchers (ePoukazy), and vaccination records (up to November 2022).

It offers an overview of issued ePrescriptions, eVouchers, vaccination records, and a summary of records for your children, which have been electronically submitted to the Central Repository of Electronic Prescriptions, Central Repository of Electronic Vouchers, and Central Vaccination Records. The system also verifies the identity of the patient listed in each record by matching it with the Register of Residents.

Users log into the application via Citizen Identity. The platform allows setting access permissions for physicians, pharmacists, and clinical pharmacists to view your medication records.

What is an eRecept?

An eRecept is a digitally issued prescription for medicinal products. Prescribed by a doctor, the eRecept is stored in the Central Repository of Electronic Prescriptions (CÚER). Each eRecept is assigned a unique identifier, which pharmacists can scan or enter during dispensing. If the eRecept is found in CÚER, the pharmacist can dispense the prescribed medication to the patient. The dispensing event is then recorded back into CÚER.

What is an ePoukaz?

An ePoukaz is a digital voucher for medical devices. Prescribed electronically by healthcare providers, it is stored in the Central Repository of Electronic Vouchers (CÚEP). Each ePoukaz receives a unique identifier that can be scanned or entered at pharmacies, medical supply stores, or opticians. If confirmed in CÚEP, the prescribed medical device is issued to the patient, and the transaction details are logged into CÚEP. Since May 1, 2022, ePoukazy has been integrated into the eRezept system but remains optional for healthcare providers and dispensing locations. It covers a variety of medical devices such as glasses, contact lenses, crutches, wheelchairs, and incontinence supplies.
